Cellmate Ezitalk V1

Ezitalk is a great way to go hands free! Simply clip it on your sun visor, attach the remote control and pair up with your bluetooth enabled cell phone.

Ezitalk is a bluetooth version 2.0 device and is compatible with all bluetooth cell phones. Pairing is easy with the supplied instructions. Ezitalk features a remote control for safer driving - answer a call while your hands stay where they need to be - on the steering wheel.

Several functions are available including voice dialing (for cell phones with this feature). Recharging the battery is via a 12V car adapter or charge on the USB outlet of your computer. This model is easily removed for use in home or office. Adjust the car kit volume while a call is in progress. When using voice dialing, record the name clearly and repeat the name as recorded.

To install the Ezitalk car kit, simply follow these instructions:

Attach the Ezitalk car kit to your sun visor using the built-in mounting clip. This is spring loaded and will secure the device to your visor firmly, as in Fig1. Remove by gently pulling the unit off the visor to use in another vehicle, in your office or wherever hands free operation is required. Next, take the remote control and place on the inside of your steering wheel with the adjustable belt wrapped around the outside of the wheel, as in figure 2 below. Pass the belt through the metal bar on the remote. Once pulled firmly through the metal bar, fix it on the velcro strip. Choose a position that allows comfortable use and that does not obscure your instrument panel.

Your Cellmate order will usually be despatched the day we receive your online credit card or paypal payment. If you are making an internet bank transfer payment, we despatch on receipt of funds, which is often the next business day. Please make sure to include the confirmation order number in the bank reference to avoid processing delays.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and should arrive the next working day for the North Island. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for the South Island. If you pay by bank deposit, we can ship to any address you prefer. If you make payment by Paypal or credit card we can only send to your billing address.

We currently operate a New Zealand wide shipping rate of $6 for all orders.

You should examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Cellmate at once: info@cellmate.co.nz Cellmate will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. In the event of a claim, please retain all packaging for inspection purposes.

International Shipping

If your delivery address is overseas and you would like to make an order please email us: info@cellmate.co.nz and we will advise you on our international shipping services which are charged at cost. All import duties & local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (at the current prevailing rate of 12.5% tax). International customers with an overseas delivery address will be billed GST free. This only applies to orders we export to a non New Zealand delivery address. We will confirm the price for goods and shipping with you directly by email.

Our Guarantee

Where the goods are of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies to this contract:

1 if any of the goods fail to comply with any guarantee in the Consumer Guarantees Act, Cellmate will repair or replace those goods within 1 year of purchase.

2 without excluding Cellmate’s obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Customer acknowledges that Cellmate does not provide any Express Guarantees (as defined in that Act) other than those expressly confirmed by Cellmate in writing.

3 if the goods are acquired by the Customer for business purposes, the Customer agrees that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.

4 if the Customer supplies the goods in trade to a person acquiring them for business purposes, it must be a term of the Customer's contract that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply in respect of the goods and

5 if the Customer supplies the goods to any person, the Customer must not give or make any undertaking, assertion or representation in relation to the goods without Cellmate's prior approval in writing, and the Customer agrees to indemnify Cellmate against any liability or cost incurred by Cellmate under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 as a result of any breach by the Customer of these obligations.

6 The following terms apply wherever the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to this contract, or where the following terms are not inconsistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993:

6.1 Defective goods or goods which do not comply with the contract may at Cellmate’s discretion be repaired or replaced, or the price refunded.

6.2 Any right which the Customer may have to reject non-conforming or defective goods will only be effective if:

6.3 the Customer notifies Cellmate in writing within seven days following delivery and Cellmate is given the opportunity to inspect the goods and

6.4 the goods are returned unused, re-saleable and/or in the condition the Customer received them.

7 Cellmate accepts no liability for any claim by the Customer or any other person, including without limitation any claim relating to or arising from:

7.1 Any conditions, warranties, descriptions, representations, conditions as to fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, merchantability or otherwise, whether express or implied by law, trade custom or otherwise or

7.2 Any representations, warranties, conditions or agreement made by any agent or representative which are not expressly confirmed by Cellmate in writing or

7.3 Any services forming part of the supply of the goods which have been performed by any third party; and the Customer agrees to indemnify Cellmate against any such claim.

7.4 In any event, Cellmate's liability under any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods. 8 Nothing in these terms is intended to have the effect of contracting out of the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 except to the extent permitted by that Act.
