New Zealand Shipping

Your Cellmate order will usually be despatched the day we receive your online credit card or paypal payment. If you are making an internet bank transfer payment, we despatch on receipt of funds, which is often the next business day. Please make sure to include the confirmation order number in the bank reference to avoid processing delays.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and should arrive the next working day for the North Island. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for the South Island.

We currently operate a New Zealand wide shipping rate of $6 for all orders.

You should examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Cellmate at once: info@cellmate.co.nz Cellmate will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. In the event of a claim, please retain all packaging for inspection purposes.

International Shipping

If your delivery address is overseas and you would like to make an order please email us: info@cellmate.co.nz and we will advise you on our international shipping services which are charged at cost. All import duties & local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST (at the current prevailing rate of 12.5% tax). International customers with an overseas delivery address will be billed GST free. This only applies to orders we export to a non New Zealand delivery address. We will confirm the price for goods and shipping with you directly by email.
